When is the Right Time to Add Salt
We often wonder when to salt a product. There are certain rules that must be followed. For example, you should salt the meat broth when it is ready, and the fish - at the beginning of cooking.
Salt fish 15 minutes before frying, and eggs and vegetables - just before frying.
Potatoes added salt just before they are ready.
