The Healthiest Food Color is Orange!











The action of the orange color is due to the high content of lycopene in fruits and vegetables with this color.



Orange tomatoes are much more useful than the red and the main reason for this lies in the content of nutrients lycopene, according to researchers at the State University of Ohio.
Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant of the carotenoid which gives the fruit and vegetables distinctive bright colors.
Carotenoids combat free radicals 10 times stronger than beta-carotene, as well as preventing the diseases of cardiovascular diseases, and reduce the risk of developing cancers.
Physicians have found that the use of the orange tomatoes, lycopene is used by the body 2.5 times more effective than the use of a succulent red tomatoes. This antioxidant is found in large amounts in watermelon, grapefruit, as well as in the orange fruits and vegetables.
