How to Prepare a Delicious Soup
When you boil soup, put the bones in cold water, then boil the water, add the meat. So that the meat will retain its valuable nutrients.
Many people advise removing foam from broth. But that it contains the most valuable substances, and when the meat is cooked on a slow fire, the foam gradually disappears.
If you accidentally over-salted your soup, take it a lump of sugar. It will take surplus salt. Another option is to put whole peeled raw potato and a minute to remove it.
You can also drop into the over-salted soup gauze bag of rice and boil, and after standing for thirty minutes to remove it. The salt would be in the rice.
When you make a milk soup with vegetables, grains or pasta, cook them first in water and once it is ready, drop them in milk.
If you want boiled chicken to keep its nice white color, after removing it from the water in which hot, rub it with lemon juice or citric acid aqueous solution.
To find out, the meat is boiled, pierce it with a fork. It will come very easily into the meat if it is ready. Boiled meat easily separates from the bone.
If you do not like spices and roots for soup, put them in a gauze bag and let it boil twenty minutes in the soup to make it filled with flavor. Then remove the bag.
Use fresh herbs to flavor your soup and give it a nice flavor and texture. Sprinkle it with them just before serving.
