Eat Nuts Every Day










According to the results of a research team from Harvard who conducted a survey among 29,480 people, the risk of developing breast cancer is reduced if flakes and fibers, are consumed more in adolescence.



It detects a significant decrease of 36% in the risk of developing benign breast disease (DGZ) in women who consumed nuts more than twice a week during the teenage years. It is known that women with DZG are at greater risk of developing breast cancer.
